The availability and spread of therapists and specialists may not be sufficient for everyone who needs them. Therefore, generalizing and disseminating scientific information and useful advice through this series of short videos on PTSD helps in understanding this disorder, how to diagnose it, and how we can help ourselves and each other and our children.
